Streadio (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the website and (if applicable) the Streadio Radio mobile application (the “Service”). By downloading or using the Service, these terms automatically apply to you — please read them carefully before using the Service.

You may not copy, modify, translate, or create derivative versions of the app, its trademarks, or its source code. All intellectual property rights remain with us.

Changes & Pricing

We reserve the right to modify the Service or charge for parts of it at any time, for any reason. We will never charge you without clearly disclosing what you’re paying for.

Use of the Service & Data

The Service stores and processes data you provide to it, in order to deliver functionality. It’s your responsibility to keep your device and access credentials secure (for example, avoid rooting/jailbreaking your device, which may reduce security).

Internet & Data Charges

The Service requires an active Internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). We are not responsible for limitations or disruptions in connectivity. If using mobile data, your device’s data plan and roaming charges apply. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept those costs.

No Responsibility for Failures

We are not liable for failure of the Service to work fully if you lack connectivity or data. We also disclaim liability for technical problems on your hardware, software, or network.
